Repair and GPS Refurb Request

All equipment returned to ATS must include a repair confirmation number (RCN). Submit your request for an RCN using the form below, and we will reply by e-mail within 24 hours.  Include the RCN number when you return your equipment. You will need to create a user account to submit your request. Thank you!

Receiver repairs are completed within two weeks. GPS refurb, nine weeks.
